As you are aware, the Ministry of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India, has instituted the “Financial support to MSMEs in ZED Certification Scheme” by providing the MSMEs financial support in assessment, rating and hand-holding of its manufacturing processes on Quality and Environment aspects to accelerate and support our Prime Minister’s vision of making India a manufacturing hub.

The idea of ZED and its successful implementation has the potential to be a game changer for the industry and will definitely have a positive impact on the economic fabric of the nation. Adoption of ZED is providing tremendous benefits to MSMEs, e.g.: reduced rejection, higher revenues, streamlined operations, lower energy consumption, lower costs etc. and all this with increased environmental consciousness.
